TERMATA control, measurement, and automation cabinets for management systems
Control, measurement, and automation cabinets for management systems (KIPiA cabinets) are designed for the automation, control, signaling, and protection of equipment across various managed facilities. KIPiA cabinets are used to automate a wide range of objects in industrial enterprises, civil and public buildings, as well as transportation and communication facilities. These cabinets are applied in the automation of boiler rooms, pumping stations, ventilation and air conditioning systems, compressor units, and more—both for individual technological units and for the automation of multiple interconnected technological units.

Brief description of control systems for technological units

The figure shows a structural diagram of a technological unit control system, where the following are designated: 1 – Technological unit, 2 – Control, signaling, and remote management module, 3 – Conversion and automatic regulation module, D – Signals from analog and discrete sensors, U – Control actions on actuators
Signals from analog and discrete sensors are received from the technological unit (1) by the control, signaling, and remote management module (2). These signals are then transmitted to the conversion and automatic regulation module (3) and are also recorded on the control panel or displayed via indicators on the front panel of the cabinet.
In the conversion and automatic regulation module (3), sensor signals are converted into standardized values. Based on these, control signals are generated according to preset algorithms and transmitted to the actuators (U).
TERMATA Automatic Regulation System
The TERMATA automatic regulation system is designed to manage technological installations. It incorporates controllers built on a digital component base with high-performance processors and sufficient memory capacity.
The control system performs automatic regulation of equipment operation, monitors operating temperature, and provides multi-level safety control for subsystems. In the event of an emergency, the system sends notifications via the dispatch panel, GSM communication lines, and email.
To streamline operations and ensure security, multiple access levels are provided:
- Demonstration level – general access
- Administrative level – management of access rights
- Operator level – execution of operational tasks
- Engineering level – commissioning and service maintenance

- Power control cabinet
