Industrial-type air heat generators in containerized design
HRS series heat generators / Containerized design
The heat generator is an autonomous module (thermally insulated container) designed to operate in a temperature range from -45°C to +40°C. The equipment inside the container is installed and ready for industrial use. The housing protects the equipment during transportation and operation. Standard transport and loading equipment used in container shipping can be employed for relocation. The module's design allows it to be used in conditions with heightened heat supply requirements.

The floor frame structure is made of welded steel profile 3-4 mm thick, with the front floor beam featuring integrated reinforced sheets, and transverse floor beams made of U-shaped profile. Forklift openings are made of 4 mm steel profile, located on the front side, with a distance of 2,050 mm between the openings, and clear opening dimensions of 350 x 100 mm. Floor: 3 + 1 mm corrugated steel sheet.
The roof frame structure is made of welded steel profile 2-3 mm thick, with transverse load-bearing beams made of rectangular tubing 2 mm thick, measuring 40x20 mm (length x width). Container corners are welded, with a thickness of 6 mm.
Corner posts are made of welded steel profile 3 mm thick, with welded connections to the ceiling and floor frames.
Walls are made of vertically profiled steel sheet 1.5 mm thick. Insulation is 50 mm thick. One ventilation opening is located in the door, covered with a grille.
Double-leaf gates open outward, with a rubber seal around the perimeter. Opening dimensions: width x height = 2310 x 2280 mm. The right leaf opens first. The doors open to 270 degrees. Loading is possible with a forklift or crane (the minimum angle between the lifting cable and the horizon is 60º).
