UNP with TERMATA LX Series Boilers

We produce mobile heating units with a capacity of up to 4000 kW, designed for:

a) Placement and transportation of equipment to and from the worksite for water heating during hydraulic fracturing (HF) operations.

b) Rapid heating of large volumes of water in low-temperature conditions;

c) Injection of hot liquids into production wells, flushing of pressure lines, annular space, and production casing.

Application area — enterprises conducting HF operations in exploration, appraisal, and production wells.

Design Features: The frame is a fully welded metal structure, clad with sandwich panels, with a modular floor featuring a recess for hose storage and laminated plywood flooring. The roof is a fully welded metal structure with non-combustible insulation filling.
The door locking system is dual-point, at the top and bottom, with the lock shaft integrated into the folding ladder shaft. The unlocking system includes a backup cable to open the door in case of frame deformation under excessive load. The lock design prevents personnel from being locked inside from the outside.

The heater’s fuel line is dual-circuit, powered either from the unit’s main tank or a separate tank. The heater’s tank is located in a dedicated recess to the left of the door assembly. A three-way valve is used to select the fuel supply method.
