Таблица 3
The design of the air heater ensures:
  • Convenience of burner removal for repair or replacement of its fast-wearing parts; Access for replacing the fan motor;
  • Possibility of compensating for deformation of elements subjected to thermal impact;
  • Possibility of sampling combustion products in the outlet nozzle.

Reliability indicators of air heating installation:
  • Maximum operating time of the air heater – at least 600 hours;
  • Average burner lifespan (liquid and gas fuel) before major repair or decommissioning due to heat resistance – at least 18,000 hours.
  • Average lifespan of electrical automation components of the burner, except for components intended for protective shutdown – at least 100,000 cycles.
  • Average lifespan of electrical automation components of the burner intended for protective shutdown – at least 5,000 cycles.

Service life before write-off of the air heater:
  • for gas air heaters – at least 7 years;
  • for liquid fuel air heaters – at least 6 years.

The air heater is equipped with:
  • a device for monitoring the temperature of the heated air mixture at the outlet;
  • automation for regulation and safety, ensuring the maintenance of the set air temperature and the ability to operate the air heater with the burner turned off.
