Gas and Diesel Water Heating Boilers TERMATA LX
The water heating fire-tube steel boiler features a horizontal dead-end gas-tight combustion chamber and a peripheral bundle of smoke tubes with built-in turbulators, designed to operate on gaseous or liquid fuel, with a power range from 70 to 1300 kW.
The flame of the burner, operating under pressure, is formed along the horizontal axis of the cylindrical dead-end combustion chamber from the front of the boiler, with a return movement to the front and a turn towards the peripherally located bundle of fire tubes in the water volume of the boiler, which serves as the convective heat exchange surface.

Combustion products pass through the tubes of the convective surface into the gas collection manifold at the rear of the boiler, which is equipped with an exhaust gas nozzle. To enhance heat exchange, all tubes of the convective surface are fitted with turbulators made of heat-resistant steel.
- Operating pressure - 5 bar.
- Option available for an operating pressure of 8 bar.
- The boiler is designed for heating networks with water temperatures ranging from 60 to 105°C.
- The boiler is intended for use with forced-draft burners operating on liquid or gaseous fuel.
Technical Design:
- Front door with hinges on the right side (can be reconfigured for left-side hinges).
- Counter flanges for hydraulic connections.
- Two sleeves for installing temperature sensors.
- Inspection window for monitoring the presence of a flame.
- The boiler is equipped with a support frame made of steel profiles for installation on a foundation and includes a bracket (lifting lugs) for hoisting the boiler.
Delivery Set for TERMATA LX Hot Water Boilers
- The delivery set for TERMATA LX hot water boilers consists of main and optional equipment.
- The main equipment set is always included in the delivery of TERMATA LX boilers.
- The optional equipment set (optional) can be ordered additionally based on the customer’s technical specifications.
Main Equipment:
- Boiler control panel, consisting of:
- Lockout thermostat (with manual reset).
- Operating thermostat for the 1st and 2nd burner stages.
- Temperature sensor.
- Main power switch.
- Recirculation pump thermostat.
- Mounting flange for the burner.
Optional Equipment
- SIEMENS cascade control and weather-dependent regulation system.
- Version for an operating pressure of 8 bar.
