GUARANTEES

«TERMATA®» guarantees the uninterrupted performance of all equipment within 12 months from the moment of its commissioning, but not more than 18 months from the date of delivery.
The specialists of the company constantly take customers feedback receiving messages delivered to the service E-mail service@termata.ru and interact with the negotiators operatively.
Post-guarantee period service is carried out on the base of an additional service contract.
